Are some of you cheese lovers like I am?  I have mentioned in previous blogs that when Jenny Craig told me to omit cheese out of my diet...COMPLETELY - I was devestated.  I would say cheese is one of my number one, hands down, favorite foods.  However, now that I'm on maintenance I'm allowed to add a little cheese back into my diet.  The problem before was that Jenny Craig was already adding a little cheese into their foods.  Some suggestions if you, too, are cooking your own food are low-fat mozzarella, parmesan cheese, fat-free cheese (make sure to following a serving size), and one slice of laughing cow cheese.  I can't even have a block of cheese in our house or the temptation will be too great.  I have pretty much stuck to the above mentioned cheeses so that I don't give into my tempations.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast -

2 egg whites, 1 slice of Healthy One's Ham, 2 low-fat whole grain pieces of toast

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

5 Chick "N" Nuggest

Carrots

Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

1 cup grapes

Dinner -

2 oz. grilled chicken

Small baked potato

Green beans with 2 tbsp. light margarine

Snack -

100 calorie popcorn
