I am guilty just as many others are of always searching for the closest parking spot.  In fact, when my husband parks eons away I get really irritated.  But, my consultant has advised me that every little bit helps. This means me making more of an effort to park further away and walk, or take the stairs instead of the elevator.  This is another one I'm guilty of (it's much better to take the steps but I'm always too lazy and just want to get there) and I need to try and change.  Just adding in a few more steps per day can help contribute towards your weight loss. 

 

SUNDAY

Breakfast- 

1 serving Fiber One pancakes

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Banana

Lunch - 

2 tbsp. hummus with 1 whole grain pita

Cucumbers

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

100 calorie English Muffin, thin layer of pizza sauce, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, mushrooms

Salad (romaine, tomatoes, croutons) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
