Today is the first sunny day in what feels like a long time.  I'm going to take advantage of it and get some vitamin D from the sun, walk the dogs, and relieve some stress.  Now as spring is quickly approaching hopefully you will be less inclined to hibernate...I know I will.  I can't wait until all the snow and ice has melted away, it warms up a little more, then I'm going to go ride my bike with my husband on the bike trail!  What do you enjoy doing outdoors?  Something about working out in nature makes it seem so much easier and calming for me.  The time flies when I am outside whereas if I'm on a treadmill I seem to be watching every minute until 40 turns into 0!  Get motivated and find an exercise activity you enjoy doing.  It will make the workout much less painful.  

THURSDAY

Breakfast - 

100 calorie English Muffin, 2 egg whites, 1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

1 serving of broccoli and low-fat cheddar cheese with rice

fat-free yogurt

vitabrownie

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

1 cup chicken and mozzarella ravioli with spray butter and parmesan cheese

Brussel Sprouts with 2 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

1 no sugar added hot chocolate packet
