I apologize for not having my blog finished last night.  I had acupuncture and, boy does it work like clock-work.  I was due for my "two week" on Monday and because I scheduled two days later...of course, the pain hit Tuesday night.  I was in pain off and on from my endometriosis all day yesterday and actually went into the appointment with it.  As soon as my doctor put the needles in my ears (which is a primary spot to help manage pain) I felt instant relief.  It was relaxing and just what I needed to deal with my stress from work and pain level.  Don't knock it until you've tried it!  

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast - 

1/2 cup cubed potatoes with green peppers

2 egg whites

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

1/2 large baked potato with broccoli and 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese

Celery with fat-free ranch

Sugar-free jello

Fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

2 clementine's

Dinner - 

4 slices turkey bacon with 2 slices low calorie wheat bread, tomato, fat-free mayo, and a tomato

Steamable Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack of pretzel's dipped in mustard
