1/19/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Tuesday

I thought maybe today I would devote towards healthy dessert options for all of you dessert lovers.  I'm all about "easy" which is why I usually opt for an 100 Calorie Pack or Skinny Cow.  However, maybe there are those of you who need a change or want to be creative:

1.  It's that time of year:  GIRL SCOUT COOKIES!  I know it's not realistic to say don't eat any so this is what I did:  I ordered two boxes of the 100 calorie packs because I actually think they're good.  I also bought 1 box of Caramel Delights because they are my absolute favorite!  My plan is to only eat one and let my husband eat the rest.  This is what I do every year and it works because I get the "taste" but then they are gone before I know it!

2.  Sugar-free angel food cake with a dollop of cool whip

3.  Sugar-free pudding with a dollop of cool whip (and there are LOTS of flavors if you make it such as Vanilla Chocolate, Cheesecake, and Banana)

4.  Costco fat-free brownies w/ 130 calories

5.  Caramel Popcorn

6.  Pumpkin pie filling with out crust and fat-free condensed milk

7.  Rhubarb Muffins

8.  Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
