Tonight I'm going dancing with the girls.  I'm planning on having a few rum and diet cokes.  In order to balance this I am going to workout again today and take away my fat and snack this evening.  Truthfully, with all the medication I'm on I shouldn't be drinking (not because it doesn't allow me to) but because I'm so much more susceptible to gaining weight.  However, it's rare I go out with my teacher friends and I would like to enjoy myself a little bit.  I've been working hard at eating healthy and working out so I'm not going to be hard on myself.  Weight certainly is a constant battle, isn't it?  Do you ever get tired of thinking about it; I definitely do.  But, I know if I live in denial I will be right back to where I started.

SUNDAY

Breakfast - 

2 slices of bread (80 calories total) dipped in 1/4 cup Break-free egg and cinnamon

1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

2 oz. chicken in a can with 3 tbsp. hot sauce, celery, 1 tbsp. fat-free mayo, and 1/4 cup fat-free cheese with 5 fat-free crackers (delicious!)

Carrots

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Tangelo

Dinner - 

Steamable Broccoli with Spray Butter

2 oz. crabmeat, mushrooms, 2 oz. whole wheat pasta with spray butter and Parmesan Cheese

Snack - 

2 rum and diet cokes
