by Paula (Clean Eating Expert) 17. January 2013 08:04

I got an e-mail from a "newby" to the workout scene.  She said that she felt intimidated by the whole process of beginning a workout program.  She felt too lumpy to go to a gym and she felt like she wouldn't know what to do there anyway.  She didn't want to feel stupid.

To Jenny, and anyone else with those same fears...take heart...everyone feels that way when they begin.  Try starting with a friend.  There is empowerment in numbers!  Most importantly, remember why your starting a program-to improve your health and muscle tone.  Everyone had to start at some point.  Do it for you.  You are worth it!
