 Today I just received acupuncture and I'm very relaxed.  I'm going to keep this blog short and sweet so I can go back to my "relaxed state."  Unfortunately I was right, the scale has reflected all the sugary bites I had yesterday.  I gained a pound so today I am fully back on my rigid schedule.  I can't afford to slip while I'm on all these crazy medications.  Tomorrow I will work out and hopefully things will even out again.  I hope all of you are doing well and if not, don't be too hard on yourself!  Focus on keeping with it, exercising, and that you will accomplish a weight loss this week.

MONDAY

Breakfast - 

1 packet no sugar added oatmeal

1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Chicken Stuffed Sandwich

Carrots

sugar-free Jello Mousse

fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

1 cup Organic Mac & Cheese

Steamable Broccoli with 1 tbsp. light margarine

Snack - 

1/10 low-fat pumpkin pie with 2 tbsp. sugar-free cool whip (only 90 cal, .5g fat for a slice! yum!)
