I was in the doctor's office yesterday and I read an interesting article on women and weight.  When women are with men they are less likely to eat large portions.  However, women are dangerous when they are around other women.  The odds of them eating larger quantities of food is increased because it is like they are committing the "act" together and it doesn't feel as "wrong."  I have to say, I completely agree with that.  When it is just my husband and me eating out at a restaurant I scan the menu for something healthy.  I still continue to do this when we are out with friends but when they order large quantities of alcohol, appetizers, and dessert the temptation is now in front of me.  Then my brain says, "Well, if they're able to eat it I certainly should be able to as well!"  Stay committed to reaching your goal and don't fall into temptations.

Breakfast- 

Jenny Craig Cranberry Almond Cereal

Banana

low-fat string cheese

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Whole wheat tortilla with fat-free hot dog and 1/4 cup fat-free cheese

Cherry tomatoes

sugar-free jello

fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

2 clementine's

Dinner - 

2 oz. ground turkey with 2 oz. whole wheat pasta and a 1/2 cup low-fat Ragu

Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons)

Snack - 

1 no sugar added hot chocolate packet

100 calorie pack
