Unfortunately all good things must come to an end.  Break is now over and reality will set in tomorrow morning when I wake up at 5:45 and get ready to teach.  Normally I'm ready to go back and get into a routine again.  But, this time is different; in the back of my mind I have not been able to stop thinking about all the stress I am coming back to.  The week before school let out there were some major stressors and break was just the answer to calm and refresh me.  Ok, so maybe it was a little of denial too!  Leaving school for two weeks allowed me to "forget" about my worries and push them to the back of my mind.  I don't know why this school year is so intense, but it is.  The strange thing is - I'm used to it being a difficult year because of the students.  This year it is due to the mountainous volume of paperwork and learning an entirely new computer system.  Ah, the stressors of work!  I think my goal for this week will be to focus on deep breathing, relaxation, and relieving my stress through working out.

SUNDAY

Breakfast - 

1/2 cup Fiber One pancakes, 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Banana

Lunch - 

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

low-fat whole wheat tortilla with 1 98% fat-free hot dog and 1/4 cup fat-free cheese 

Cherry tomatoes

Snack - 

1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce with Cinnamon

Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled shrimp

Small baked potato with spray butter

Steamable Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack

1 packet no sugar added hot chocolate
