I hope you all have a safe, peaceful, fun, and enjoyable New Year's!  I want to thank all of you that take the time to listen to my thoughts on food, weight, friends, family, and stress!  Like I've mentioned in the past, I'm certainly no expert.  But, thanks to Jenny Craig and my consultant,  I sure have learned a lot.  I feel like I've battled weight for as long as I can remember and I'm so blessed to have found something that finally works.  I hope my blogs have been able to help you; but if not, I hope Paula's blogs or some other kind of healthy living has been beneficial for you because I know the struggle, depression, and anger associated with trying to lose weight without success.  Unfortunately, reaching your goal weight and being in maintenance does not mean the struggle gets any easier!  I've dined out the past few days and even though I've made what I thought were fairly good choices I've still gained which is frustrating!  Staying on top of the battle is always easier than being so lost and overwhelmed you don't even no where to begin.  Thank you again for all of your comments, questions, and even just clicking on the link to read my posts!  Have a happy New Year!

Weight - 119.9 lbs.

Exercise - My pain has "let up" so I went on a 50 min. hike

 

 

 

 

THURSDAY

Breakfast - 

2 Kashi Waffles with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

1 cup organic Spicy Black Bean Soup (450mg sodium, 3g fat)

Cherry tomatoes

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

Small serving of whole wheat pasta with light marinara

Salad with fat-free ranch

Snack - 

3 rum and diet

Tablespoon of fat-free buffalo chicken dip and hummus dipped with celery
