When I meet with my Jenny Craig consultant frequently she asks me, "What are your challenges for this coming week?"  I am actually glad to say I don't have any challenges this week; which is surprising considering December is a time of LOTS of parties.  Saturday night we are hanging out with our friends but not for dinner.  I'm glad because this gives me a week to get really focused before five holiday parties and Christmas.  My goal is to work out at least three times in the next seven days.  I think this is very realistic and achievable.  If I can hike one of those days and do a DVD the other two I will be happy.  I do have to admit, I've been a little scared off from the Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD's!  The 46 minute session was so hard I don't know if I want to come back!  The other two sessions are both 58 minutes...shoot, I didn't think I could survive 46!  Ideally I'd like to find some more DVD's that are 30 minutes or a little over that.  My friends from school actually have suggested the Biggest Loser Work Out DVD's.  Here's my question:  I'm all about cardio and I'd rather not do any muscle strength training.  It's so hard to find one that is just dedicated to cardio.  Anyone recommend any like this?

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast - 

1/2 cup low-fat granola with 1/4 cup cranberries

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

Lisa Ling's Vegetarian Potsticker's (4g fat)

Carrots with fat-free ranch

sugar-free jello mousse

fat-free yogurt

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

1 cup spinach and mozzarella ravioli with spray butter

Light Caesar Salad Kit (the whole bag)

Snack - 

100 calorie popcorn

Diet pop
