Tonight we have our holiday hop party with my Dad's eight brothers and sisters (progressive dinner).  Our house is appetizers.  I decided to have a Mexican theme:  low-fat chili dip, fat-free chicken dip, low-fat quesadillas, and a mexican taco salad.  We have jalapeno poppers and flautas for the fried lovers.  I think that's a pretty good spread for the first house.  Like I mentioned last weekend, the hop is almost more of a challenge for me than Thanksgiving.  There's so much grazing instead of sitting down and eating a meal and that makes it more difficult to portion and regulate.  Not to mention, the dessert spread covers two dining tables worth of Christmas sweets!  Dangerous, dangerous! Wish me luck!  I will write tomorrow about how I did!

Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich

Banana

1 cup fat-free milk

Lunch - 

2 oz. grilled chicken nuggets

2 oz. whole grain rice with steamed broccoli

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

Mexican taco salad

fat-free chicken dip

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
