I am on cloud nine right now! Two days pain free! I'm so thankful the acupuncture helped. Since I was pain free tonight we went to our friend's house for a "game" night. Those people are some of my best friends and I love getting to see them. My doctor (and also acupuncturist) had said for a while I may have a lot of feeling and emotion about things. It's bizarre, but it's definitely true. Tonight being with my friends reminded me how lucky I am. The only thing that bummed me out was how exhausted I felt. I think from all the intense pain and not sleeping because of it my body feels like a truck has run over it. Hopefully I will start to get my energy back.
I also wanted to tell you that not every party has "danger" foods. Last night I was so impressed with my friend! She made homemade spinach dip with fat-free mayo, low-fat hummus, and veggies. See, you can still make appetizer's that are healthier options and be able to enjoy yourself!
