11/28/13 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Saturday

Whew, how are you doing with all of the family festivities?  I have one more to go tomorrow night!  However, I have to congratulate myself because I'm down to 119.2 lbs.  Whoooo!!!!!  I'm proud of at least pretty much maintaining through the craziness of all the parties!  I worked out hard the past two days so maybe this is what helped me balance out all the high fat food I was eating and I still got to enjoy myself.  I'm pretty sure it's all never ending until January though.

Next Saturday I'm a little worried about a progressive dinner that my family does every year.  You would not BELIEVE the spread of food.  The first house has the appetizer's, the second house is the meal, and the third is dessert.  We have been doing this tradition since I was a little baby so everyone can have a chance to see how the rest of the family decorates for Christmas.  My Dad has eight brothers and sisters and now all of my cousin's are grown up so the amount of food at each house is intense!  I think I'm going to need a plan of attack to survive...
