Concerned about consuming too many fatty Thanksgiving dishes?  Add dessert into the mix and then you may really have "fallen off the wagon," huh?  Well, if your interested in still trying to survive the holiday then check out this low-fat pumpkin pie that I've actually made and it's delicious:  low-fat pumpkin pie.  If you'd rather read more about the ingredients before checking out the website here they are:

Crust:

-whole wheat or honey graham crackers, whole wheat pastry flour, sunflower oil, flaxseed oil, wheat germ, grated orange peel, ginger, 1 egg, dark brown sugar

Filling:

-3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, egg whites, Libby's pure pumpkin, fat-free evaporated milk 

7g fat; 280 cal 1/8 serving

 Weight - 119.6 lbs.

Exercise - None

 

MONDAY

Breakfast - 

2 egg whites

1 whole wheat slice of toast

1 slice of turkey bacon

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Turkey/Cranberry Salad Kit

Fat-free yogurt

Sugar-free jello

Carrots with fat-free ranch

Snack - 

1/2 cup applesauce with cinnamon

Dinner - 

1 Black Bean Gardenburger

1/2 cup Idaho 4-cheese Instant Mashed Potatoes

Green beans with 2 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

1 Skinny Cow Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich
