Are you getting anxious about the approaching holidays?  Shoot, I admit it, I am!  You have been working out regularly and eating better and then wham! Thanksgiving hits - a holiday completely centered around food.  My advice?  Enjoy yourself just be reasonable.  4 oz. of turkey (try to avoid the gravy), a teaspoon of the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes each and a lot of veggies.  If you're going to have alcohol and want dessert too just workout extra hard that day and the day after.  Don't abstain from the pumpkin pie.  Have an 1/8 of a serving with 2 tbsp. fat-free whipped cream.  Taste the delicious food just don't do several heaping mounds and you'll survive just fine.  Good luck!

Breakfast - 

1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese

3/4 cup Bran cereal

1/4 cup organic raisins

Lunch -

Michelina's Lean Gourmet Mac & Cheese

Carrots with fat-free ranch

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled chicken

1 small sweet potato

Green beans with 2 tbsp. margarine
