Every morning my husband eats the same thing.  2 sandwiches with peanut butter and jelly.  Peanut butter is considered an added fat for the day (such as the light dressing or margarine I add in at dinner).  The problem with reduced fat peanut butter is that it's still high in fat (about 13g) and it's EXTREMELY high in sugar.  If you cannot live without peanut butter try natural peanut butter.  It's significantly lower in sugar.  Jelly can also be a danger because it, too, is high in sugar.  If you go the no sugar added route it can still be troublesome because you have to make sure that counts as one of your two fruits for the day.  

Weight - 119.2 lbs.

Exercise - 35 mins. power walk/run combo

4 hours manual labor

 

 

 

 

 

SATURDAY

Breakfast - 

1 packet no sugar added oatmeal with 1/4 cup walnuts

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -

fat-free yogurt

sugar free jello

Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito

Cucumber & tomato with fat-free italian

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

Lean Cuisine Spinach Mushroom Pizza

Salad (mixed greens, tomato, mushroom)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
