 I love ways to exercise that includes my children.  I get up early and workout so that I don't take away from time with them, but I like to find things to do together because they are alot of fun, and its good role playing with them to show them that exercise is great for your body and fun!.

One way to accomplish this time together is with the WII.  All of my children love the Wii.  With the Wii Fit it accomplished all the loves of everyone.  We love to challenge and encourage each other and the boogie board really uses your core.  Wii golf and baseball is fun as well.  It can be pricey but sometimes you can find pre-owned machines on E-Bay.

 Wednesday 10/21 Workout:

Recumbent Bike - 30 minutes

Strength train- Legs ( gym)

Hoist Leg press-116lb

Leg extension

Leg curl- 79 lb

Shoulder press-55 lb

Technogym Leg press-55 lb

Calf press- 55lb

Smith machine- 25 lb

Bent arm shoulder raise- 10 lb

Wednesday 10/21 Food Diary:

Breakfast-

3/4 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup broccoli (100 cal)

A.M. Snack-

One source Protein shake (220 cal)

Grapefruit (40 cal) 

Lunch-

 3 oz Tuna steak (156 cal)

8 Asparagus(26 cal)

 

P.M. Snack-

3/4 non fat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup non fat yogurt(107 cal)

2 small apples ( 120 cal)

Dinner-

 3 oz Tuna steak(107 cal)

Salad, 1/2 sweet pepper, 1/4 cup green beans, 6 cherry tomato's(70 cal)

Dessert:

.3/4 cup egg whites(130 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES- 1100
