The party was a hit!  I did enough dancing to last me a lifetime.  We played some serious hide and go seek in the dark and sat by the bonfire.  It was the perfect night for it.  As for food and drink - special occasions are the worst but I think I tried hard.  I admit I did have a lot of alcohol.  I had two glasses of wine, 1 rum and coke, and a shot of rum.  I won't be surprised if Monday shows that I have gained (it usually hits the second day after I have "cheated").  Food I did fairy well with; I had a handful of blue organic corn chips with 7 layer fat-free bean dip.  It had refried beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and tomatoes all of which were fat-free.  I had three small pieces of bread with a shaving of mozzarella and tomato.  That was my dinner for the evening (I had a salad before people came over to help fill me up).  Social occasions are tricky but I think it helped that I didn't graze around the food table chatting to all of my friends.  I stayed busy playing hostess plus, I had been on a hike earlier that day, danced my little heart out, and sprinted through the fields playing tag.  Hopefully my level of activity helped balance all the calories I had from the alcohol!  We shall find out tomorrow...

 Weight - Didn't want to weigh myself after feeling so bloated.  I'm waiting until tomorrow!

SUNDAY

Breakfast - 

No sugar-added maple flavored oatmeal

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Carrots

2 tbsp. light hummus

1/2 onion pita

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

2 oz. grilled chicken

1/4 cup healthy choice marinara

2 oz. whole wheat pasta

Salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, tomatoes, croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
