Today I am having a difficult time having wonderful words of wisdom for you.  For the most part I am finally happy and content with my body.  I have worked hard and enjoy wearing and trying on different styles of clothing.  However, I'm thinking I should make an appointment with Jenny Craig just to discuss my fears.  Over the past year I have gone from 114 - 119.  That's a five pound weight gain.  I know the actual weight is not that high but it gets me panicked that I'm doing something wrong, or maybe it is the Depo Lupron shot; regardless, I can't help but start to have irrational thoughts.  What if I gain 5-10 pounds every year and before I know it I'm back up to 200 pounds again? The thought of being right back in that place again really freaks me out.  I was fluctuating between 116 and 117 but since school started it seems like it is a slow and steady gain.  Even having these thoughts tells me I do need to make a phone call so I can dissect what I am eating/exercising and possibly squash the crazy fears that have overcome me.  Do you ever do this? - when I am worried I may be gaining weight then I think all my clothes feel snug.  Ha, I don't know if this is reality or just my misconstrued thoughts consuming me?  I will let you know if I work up the courage to call.  For some reason, calling and making an appointment feels like somehow I have failed my own maintenance program.  See...no matter what weight you may be there can always be fears associated with weight and food.  A support system is important and it looks like I need mine...

THURSDAY

Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage

1/2 whole wheat pita

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Kim and Scott's Spinach and Feta Cheese Pretzel

Carrots

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce with a splash of cinnamon

Dinner - 

Whole wheat hoagie bun (2.5g fat, 120 cal)

1 Black Bean Chipotle Burger

Asparagus (425 in the oven for 25 mins.)

*2 tbsp. light Balsamic Dressing with 1 oz. fat-free sun-dried tomato feta-cheese drizzled on

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
