I was asked to provide a "grocery" list of what I eat and buy.  Here are some suggestions:

Frozen organic section:

Cedarlane Burritos

Kashi Waffles

Kahiki Egg Rolls

Boca Burgers/ Chicken Nuggets 

 

Organic Section:

Milk

Kashi Cereal

Puffins Cereal 

 

Regular frozen section:

Michelina's Mac and Cheese

Fat-free cool whip

Morning Star products 

Steamable Veggies 

Lean Cuisine's 

 

Meat/Dairy Section:

Break-free eggs

Healthy Ones Turkey and Ham 

Yoplait Yogurt or Light N' Fit

Fat-free Feta

Hummus 

That's a brief grocery list - hopefully that helps!  Also, you can never get enough veggies and you always need two fruits per day.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast - 

100 calorie English Muffin

1/4 cup Break-free Eggs

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Turkey Panini

Carrots

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Apple

Dinner - 

Approximately 2 oz. tuna on salad with peppers, carrots, mixed greens and fat-free caesar dressing

2 oz. whole wheat pasta with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
