The internet opens the opportunity for an unlimited source of info (the best example is www.YourCity.MD.  Not influenced because I do this blog for them, their one-click relief center is the most comprehensive source of health articles, information, and Dr/Hospital/Pharmacy referral numbers and all of that is available with just one click!  I've utilized it often.  I've compared it to Google, Bing, and Web.MD and there is no comparison...really!  Check it out for yourself!) 
I found the names of 3 web sites that can help you in the quest of clean eating: 1.  Foodessentials.com- this site is really helpful for people with food allergies.  2. Stilltasty.com - this site helps to keep your clean eating pantry with updated shelf life info.  3. Supercook.com - this site helps you utilize any given ingredient into a variety of recipes.
Surf the sights, including www.YourCity.MD.  Become familiar with all the advantages they bring to you!

Tuesday Workout Diary:

Recumbent bike- 30 minutes

Strength Train- Chest/abs

Push up on stability ball

Stability ball crunch

Incline dumbbell press- 20 lb

V-up stability ball pass

Flat-bench dumbbell flye- 20 lb

Tube Chest press ( wrapped around pole)

Tube torso twist

Tuesday 9/ 22 Food Diary:

Breakfast-

1 portion Organic Oatmeal,with 1 mango (240 cal)

1apple (67 cal)

A.M. Snack-

1 banana, 1 apple(157 cal)

Lunch-

 2 1/4 oz chicken(125 cal)

Salad- 2 cups spinach, 1 tomato, 1/4 cup zucchini, 2 tbls black beans(85 cal)

1/16 cup quieno (90 cal) 

P.M. Snack-

Grapefruit( 40 cal)

small peach (50 cal)

Dinner- Restaurant

3 scallops  (46 cal)

! 1/2 cup mixed greens, 2 tbls goat cheese, sprinkle of walnuts, 1 whole beet( 70 cal)

Dessert:

1 cup raspberry sorbet with gold brick coating(310 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES- 1262
