I thought I would share with you how happy I was today.  My husband and I worked outside on this gorgeous day doing yard work for our farm.  Haha I know if my friends read this they would think I sound so old - but hey, I am getting older!  After working on the farm we are so exhausted but it's a good tired.  Does that make any sense?  To top it off, JB and I went with my parents to my aunt's retirement party.  I haven't been anywhere with both my parents in months because of how serious their back troubles have been.  Luckily with the help of epidurals and steroid packs they are having some relief.  It is SO NICE to be able to laugh with my family and look over and see a smile on both my parents' faces.  For so long now all I have seen is pain.  For a few minutes I found myself as an observer just taking it all in.  I have realized how precious moments like those are because you never know when they can be taken away from you.

Weight - 118.0 lbs.

Exercise - Yard work; 3 hrs.

 

 

 

 

 

SATURDAY

Breakfast - 

Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich

Apple

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Spinach and feta cheese pretzel

Cherry tomatoes

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

5 strawberries

Dinner - 

4 shrimp w/ cocktail sauce

1/2 veggie roll

Celery and carrots

4 Crackers 

 Snack - 

handful baked pita chips with low-fat jalapeno and artichoke dip (6g fat, 160 cal)
