8/18/13 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Friday

I can't WAIT to tell you about the new "easy" food that's great to eat during the work week that I discovered.  Last weekend we randomly were at Target shopping for some new things for the house.  I didn't even realize how big the food section is!  I don't know if all Target's are turning this way or just some like the "Super Wal-marts."  The frozen food section also had a vast variety.  I constantly check the frozen pretzel's (I think hoping the calories and fat will change) so I can have one of those for a snack sometimes.  Instead, I found an exciting new lunch.  It's a frozen pretzel stuffed with spinach and low-fat feta cheese.  Have any of you tried this yet?  I just had it today for the first time and I thought it was delicious and a nice change.  I'm always looking for change because I get bored with my food selection.  They're called Kim and Scott's Gourmet Pretzels, 240 cal, 4g fat and under 475g of sodium!  You'll have to try them and let me know what you think...
