I thought I would share some interesting facts from my Jenny Craig Dining Out Success Guide (2007):

1.  Burger King

Veggie Burger 340 cal, 8g fat

2.  Dairy Queen  

Small Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard 720 cal, 28g fat

Sm Vanilla Soft Serve 150 cal, 5g fat

3.  Dunkin Donuts

The most lowfat option is a sugared raised donut with 170 cal, 8g fat as opposed to a plain bagel because the bagel has 320 cal.  

4.  Olive Garden

Linguine with marinara dinner portion 551 cal, 8g fat (I only eat half instead of a whole portion)

5.  Panera

Broccoli Cheddar Soup 16g fat, 230 cal

Low fat black bean soup 1g fat,  120 cal

Portobello and Mozzarella Sandwich 37g fat, 750 cal

Veggie Sandwich 13g fat, 590 cal

TUESDAY

Breakfast - 

3/4 cup Bran Flakes

1 cup fat-free organic milk

1/4 cup organic raisins

Lunch - 

Kahiki Organic Chicken Egg Roll

1 sweet and sour packet

Carrots

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

Nectarine

Dinner - 

1 cup Buitoni 4 cheese tortellini

Spray Butter and Parsley flakes

Salad (mixed greens, croutons, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

SoBe Lifewater

100 calorie pack
