So it was pretty easy to change up my diet today.  We went boating and I opted not to pack - I felt lazy.  I had decided I was going to pick up Subway.  Wouldn't you know it, apparently Subway closed by the lake!  Subway is always my "safe" dining out food because I basically know exactly what I'm putting into my mouth and it doesn't make me stress out.  We ended up getting subs at a hole in the wall deli out in the country.  Haha they didn't even have wheat bread there.  I opted for a toasted ham sub (no cheese) with lettuce, tomato, and mustard.  It was deliciously good and for my husband to be suspicious of fat and grease it can never mean good things.  If I were to guess I would say they put butter on the sub before they toast it.  Ah well - I can't control everything can I?  I also chose to eat my snack (fruit and yogurt) after dinner just to throw my metabolism off a bit.  We had a great day boating in the sun and it seemed that switching things around worked.  I weighed myself tonight and lost!  Yay!

Weight - 117.8 lbs.

SUNDAY

Breakfast -

3/4 cup Honey Harvest Kashi Cereal

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Banana

Lunch - 

2 pretzel's (size of my palm)

Approximately 6 in. ham sub (lettuce, mustard, tomato)

Dinner - 

2 oz. whole wheat pasta fagoli

2 oz. Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, croutons, and tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light casear

Snack - 

sugar-free jello

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

Nectarine

Jenny Craig S'mores Bar
