Today I am feeling frustrated.  I know I shouldn't expect to just lose a pound overnight but my metabolism has been so much better that I thought for sure exercising would trigger a weight loss.  It's understandable that some of you may think I'm crazy or obsessive over my weight but how else does one maintain control?  Next thing I know 5 pounds will become 10, 20, etc.  I would rather be on top of it than let it get out of control again.  I do admit, the fear of being big again is scary so when I do gain weight there are irrational thoughts that pop into my head.  Work of course was another day of extreme stress.  I don't know why but when my students act out I take it really personal.  Teachers are frustrated and I am frustrated because clearly my students are not getting the support they need in the inclusion environment (this year they were pulled from resource room and moved into inclusion because EVERYTHING is about teaching to the state test these days - even if it's not appropriate for the child).  I came home in tears this afternoon because those children had come so far only to the set up to fail again.  Ah, well, I will have to relax this weekend and forget about work for awhile.  Hopefully I can start getting a hold on my stress as well as my weight...

Weight - 119.4 lbs.

Exercise -  40 minute power walk

 

 

 

 

FRIDAY

Breakfast - 

100 calorie whole wheat English Muffin

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage

1/4 cup Break-free eggs

Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Meatball Stuffed Sandwich

Carrots

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Dinner - 

Earth's Best Whole Grain Cheese Pizza

Brussel Sprouts

Spray Butter

Snack - 

Glass of red wine
