So, I have to share the good news with everyone...my friend just texted me today.  She has spent the past 6 months really working hard on losing weight.  Now she is a runner and frequently works out and does marathons.  But, she has AT LEAST lost 40 pounds!!!!  I had to share because she went shopping and fit into a SIZE FOUR pant!  Holy smokes - isn't that AWESOME?!  I know many of you must be thinking "well she must have been thin most of her life."  But, she WORKED her rear end off and the pay off was dropping SEVERAL dress sizes.  Another reason I'm so excited is because she loosely based what she ate off of what Jenny Craig taught me.  Plus, she is another perspective to hear from because she would rather work out harder and enjoy more of the "real foods" she loves.  For example, on the weekends she mentions that she indulges in regular pizza and dines out with little consideration as to what is the most healthy choice.  Working out to eat foods occasionally such as pizza and pasta is her preference.  Losing so much weight is incredible and it definitely shows.  What a great feeling to try on a pair of pants that are usually your size and realize, "Wow - these are way too big!"  It is not very often we get to say that, is it?  So, congrats to her and I KNOW many of you can reach the same success too.

Weight - 118.2 lbs. (that better be muscle mass from all the lifting and labor I did this weekend!)

MONDAY

Breakfast - 

1/2 Fiber One Pancakes

1/4 cup syrup

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Banana

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Turkey Club Panini

Carrots

2 tbsp. fat-free ranch

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

1 cup grapes

Dinner - 

Chicken Quesadilla

(2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 cup fat-free cheese, onion, and pepper)

Salad (fat-free feta, onions)

2 tbsp. light Greek Dressomg

Snack -

100 calorie pack
