Some people may criticize my diet because I don't have a lot of elaborate menu items.  If you are looking for lengthy recipes my diet is definitely not for you.  I have to admit, by the time I get home from work I don't feel like making a labor-intensive meal.  I'm all about quick and easy.  Many of my dinners consist of frozen foods or simple pasta's with some kind of protein.  I try to devote Sunday's to spending the time cooking an actual meal in large quantities so we have it for a few days during the work week.  Once we have kids I don't know what we'll do!  Without a doubt, the drive-thru at McDonald's is fast when you're tired and the kids are "starving."  But, I don't believe in feeding my kids that stuff so why start them loving the taste of grease just because I was tired?  What do you do with your children?  Any fast recipes that kids love that aren't time consuming?  I didn't get home tonight until 9 and the absolute last thing I wanted to do was prepare a meal.  This is when foods such as Lean Cuisines and my Jenny Craig products are beneficial!  If you have any low-fat, effortless meals you would like to share I would greatly appreciate it!

TUESDAY

Breakfast -

3/4 cup Warm Cinnamon Kashi Cereal

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Banana

Lunch -

Jenny Craig BBQ Beef Panini

Broccoli

2 tbsp. fat-free ranch

sugar-free jello

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

Snack -

1 cup grapes

Dinner -

Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Steamable Broccoli

2 tbsp. margarine

Snack -

100 calorie pack
