The vacation has been a well needed break and re-charging of my batteries town we are in, and it's been a lot of fun.  It's hard to take kids on vacation and have it seem like a break, but it's a great bonding time.  I've enjoyed the beautiful, quaint town we are in and it's been a lot of fun.  I've had some great food, and have felt good about how I feel because I've been able to continue carving a bit of time to do some kind of workout most days.  I've probably gained some weight, but my enthusiasm for my workout will also be re-charged for when we return home tomorrow.  Thanks for checking in with my blog.  Enjoy the last days of summer!

Friday 8/21 Workout-

Strength train- triceps

Triceps kickback- 2 bags (aqua bells) -approx. 10 lb

Standing triceps kickback- 1 tube

Seated overhead dumbbell extension (4 bags, 16 lb)

Triceps pushdown-over the door frame, 2 tubes

Straight leg bench dip

Lying triceps extension- 4 bags

Triceps duo

Friday 8/21 Food Diary:

Breakfast-

Yogurt and berries(110 cal)

A.M. Snack-

Apple(67 cal)

Lunch

Cheeseburger (310 cal)

Fruit(40 cal)

P.M. Snack-

Almonds, seeds, craisons(180 cal) 

Dinner-

 Apple(67)

Salad (60 cal)

3 oz chicken (157 cal)

Dessert-

Skinny cow ice cream (1200 cal)
