Memories from childhood, ahhhh aren't those always fun?

I was an only child and my best friend growing up was like a sister to me.  We lived at each other's houses on the weekends.  She had an older brother and sister - neither who were very nice to us.  We were inseparable.  I'm not sure why but her older siblings intimidated me.  Her older sister had just gotten a trampoline for her birthday.  Of course this was the main attraction and we all wanted to jump on it.  One day her sister and her friend were nice enough to let us jump with them.  As they all jumped I was told to wait on the ground because I was only allowed to jump with one other girl, not all four of us.  I thought maybe it was a house rule that no more than three were allowed on at once.  Later, while my friend and I were having a sleepover she told me the real reason.  Her sister thought I was too fat to jump if there were four at once.  She thought I would break her trampoline!  I tried to fake like I didn't care to my friend but inside I was heartbroken.  I went home the next morning and sobbed to my Mom.  My feelings were hurt and once again, the feeling of shame was creeping back upon me.  I was only in fourth grade at at the time.  How awful to be that young and feel so bad about myself!  I can only imagine how sad that must have made my Mom to hear.  I would love to hear if any of you have had similar experiences.  There's something comforting about knowing other people have gone through these things which is why I share my stories with you.

3/4 cup Kashi Honey Harvest Cereal

Banana

1/2 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Michelina's Lean Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese

Cherry Tomatoes

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Snack - 

5 small strawberries

Dinner - 

1 cup Grilled Chicken/Mozzarella Tortellini (320 cal, 7g fat)

1 tbsp. fat-free Italian

Dash of Parmesan Cheese

Salad (mixed greens, croutons, tomatoes)

2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
