What is a good choice from Starbucks if you are not willing to give up caffeine?  

When you switch over to eating healthy, if you haven't already, it can be a shock to your system.   Honestly, I don't think any diet will be successful if you have to give up everything you love.  I have followed the advice of many books I have read on healthy living and tried to reduce the amount of caffeine I drink; but not completely.  I used to have one diet pop with my snack every night.  Diet pop for some reason seems to make me feel full.  Instead I have switched over to Powerade Zero and SoBe Lifewater because I don't have to have a diet pop.  But, once school starts again in the fall nothing could stop me from having a coffee to start my morning's Monday-Friday!  Every now and then I am running late to work and it appears faster to go through the drive-thru at Starbucks.  I recommend the Tall Skinny Sugar-free Vanilla Latte.  It is important to stick with the Tall Latte because anything larger is too many calories.  Also, you had to have guessed I was going to say sugar-free, right?  It is a good change from my homemade coffee and I don't think it is fair to ask you (or me!) to give up everything we enjoy!

Weight - 117.0 lbs.

Exercise - 30 minute walk

SUNDAY

Breakfast - 

100 calorie whole wheat English Muffin

1/4 cup Break-free Eggs

Banana 

1/2 cup fat-free organic milk 

Lunch -  

2 tbsp. Hummus

tomatoes, mixed greens

2 slices rye bread (100 cal, 2g fat)

6 oz. fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello

Dinner - 

Jenny Craig's Pizza Milanese Recipe Online

(ricotta and feta cheese, whole wheat crust, artichoke hearts, hot sauce, garlic, fat-free sour cream)

Snack - 

Jenny Craig S'mores Bar (130 cal, 4g fat)
