HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I wish all of you good luck being around all of the candy you may be passing out/collecting tonight. If you must have a piece eat a fun sized 3 Muskateer's or a fat-free Peppermint Patty. At least those are low in fat. If your really want to "fit in" and eat candy on Halloween but don't want all the sugar opt for a low in fat sugar-free chocolate candy to fulfill your craving. Honestly, have you tried the sugar-free hot chocolate yet? That has really helped quench my own chocolate cravings. I seem to have them most after meals which is why I've been chewing a lot of gum. I'm bummed, the past two years I was so low in weight I splurged and would have several candy corn after lunch everyday in October. I know candy corn is either a love it or hate it kind of candy. But, for whatever reasons, I LOVE IT. I can't get enough of them - especially the pumpkin candy corn!
What is your challenge today? The candy? A party? Mine is a party. My best friend is throwing a huge costume party and there will be all kinds of "events" that will appeal to my competitive nature and they all involve alcohol. However, I promised my consultant I would not drink tonight nor graze the appetizer table. The challenge is on and I have to succeed tonight!!!! Wish me luck...
